Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly understood. I provide online therapy for adults across Texas who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the demands of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
Many of the people I work with are used to taking care of others while putting their own needs on the back burner. Over time, this can lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.
My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or expectation. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in making sense of your experiences and moving toward what feels right for you.
I take a warm, collaborative approach that focuses on your strengths and what matters most to you. Together, we may explore how past relationships and experiences have shaped you, as well as the impact of external pressures and expectations on your well-being.
Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on the goals that matter most to you.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on what feels most important to you. Sessions are a space to slow down, talk through what’s been weighing on you, and make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
Sessions are designed to help you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

During my clinical training, I worked with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. These experiences strengthened my passion for supporting women and individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and other significant life transitions.
As an LPC Associate, I am committed to continuing my professional growth through ongoing education and training so I can provide thoughtful, evidence-based care. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they gain confidence, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
