I strive for the therapy setting to be a place where clients can show up as their full selves and feel supported. We will work together to identify what would be most helpful each session, whether that is practicing stress management skills, identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, or discussing stressful events that have occurred.

I developed an interest in counseling due to my own struggles as an adolescent and strive to use my lived experience to approach client’s challenges with empathy and understanding. I find that I often mesh well with clients who often feel that they do not quite fit in. I am also an avid animal lover with a small menagerie of creatures at home. I strive to create an environment where clients can feel seen as their full authentic selves.
